zmapper 1.22 BETA won't run no error given
 
hello,
I am running Win2K (with dual monitors) I downloaded and installed
zmapper 1.22 BETA. I recieved no errors during install yet if I double click the exe file I get a hourglass cursor for a bit then nothing? Also zmapper doesn't show up in the elisence control either?Any Ideas? Below is my 'install.log' zmapper created:

Go to your Services control panel and scroll down to make sure the LicCtl service is enabled and running. This service is needed for zMapper to run.

It was turned off, I started it (and set it o automatic), rebooted. It still just gives the hourglass for a sec and then nothing? Any other ideas?

The service still isn't running then. That's the only thing that will cause it not to run. If you still have trouble, email eLicense directly at support@elicense.com.
