Dragonrealms queue

I'm trying to do a simple roundtime queue for Dragonrealms. My idea is to use two states, the first an expression that checks if I'm waiting for roundtime/if there are any actions to perform and does one if so, the second a duration that waits for the roundtime message for a few seconds and moves to the next action if it sees it. The problem is that the timed part of duration won't fire until it sees a new line, so if I'm not in a spammy area, it could hang up for a while if it messes up and doesn't get the roundtime message. The expression part seems to wait for a new line, too. Is there any trick I can do to get these checked without a new line, or do I just need to come up with a different design?

Click the Triggers button and select the trigger that's giving you problems. Click the Options tab. You should see a section that's labeled Trigger on, with several check-boxes. Uncheck Newline and check Prompt.

You might be reinventing the wheel though.

If you search on "itsmarty" for user, he put together a RT queue for DR some time ago. I looked in finished scripts, but I didn't see it posted there. If you can't find it, I can post the basic pieces of it that I saved.

It doesn't use the new GSL triggers, but I'm sure with a little creative exploring, you could get it to.
