If you don't get a reply on this forum shortly from Chiara, try sending her an email directly to chiara at zuggsoft dot com (replace at with @ and dot with . for the exact address).

If you don't get your key, email me directly at support@zuggsoft dot com with your registered name and best guess at the email on file. I'll be happy to get you an updated or new key while the gmail issue persists.

Hi,
I am having a similiar issue now, it seems to be a strictly gmail issue versus zuggsofts mailer.

I have registered this account through an old hotmail email and it works fine, but I did buy the license key with a gmail account and I did not get one nor can I login to retrieve it through the store account cause its inactive apperantly.

I did send an email to the support about it, Chiara. But it was for cmud.

Until Zugg can find the correct ritual or incantation to fix the gmail issue (because all reasonable fixes have failed)
anyone needing a key can email me directly at support@zuggsoft dot com with your registered name and best guess at the email on file and I will generate a manual license key.

Hitting this same issue, currently on gmail, tried emailing support and my email got bounced back.

@moirai, try emailing zuggsoft@gmail.com. See if that will get through.
