Help?
 
I've e-mailed support for help over ten days ago and haven't got a response... my trial period is going to run out in about fifteen days or so and I'm kind of wondering what the heck I can do, you know? I read in one of the threads that I can e-mail support with my activation key to get upgraded to the newest client, since the e-mail that I'm using isn't the e-mail that got the actual activation key to begin with. I haven't heard back though. :/ What can I do? I haven't even had the client for six months, I don't want to have to pay for a new one all over again.

Do you remember you store log in? I'm guessing not. Posting here was the correct next step. It's possible that you're request got sent to the spam folder, or more likely the response went to you spam folder. Some mail providers (Yahoo was notorious for a while) have issues with Zuggsoft email. You can also resend your emails to both sales@zuggsoft.com and support@zuggsoft.com. I'm also pretty sure that Zugg or Chiara will respond to this post as well.

If by chance you do remember your Store login, simply follow the instructions here.

The email that contained your original license key should have your Store login info. If not, click the Recover Password link over in the store at https://www.zuggsoft.com/store and it will email your store password to you. Then log into the store and add CMUD to your cart and it will compute the proper price based upon when you bought CMUD.

We answer email within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays), so if you didn't receive any reply, check your spam folders, or try contacting us using an alternate email provider.

The problem is that I'm using a different e-mail than the one that was used to purchase the software, and I DID contact you using an alternate e-mail provider but didn't get any kind of response. :/
