[1.13] Imported 7.21 MUD file crashing CMUD

I submitted this via email back in version 1.11 and it's showing as closed, though the problem's still there in 1.13
First was ticket 16339
Resent just now to support@zuggsoft.com, don't have a ticket number yet, but the email title is '[1.13] Imported zMUD file crashing CMUD'
Attached is the .mud file
Once imported, you'll notice a number of 'Skills' folders (there should only be one), and if you click on one then then CMUD hard crashes with an access violation and no way to send feedback. |

Confirmed, and reported under another posting as well. It seems some of the recent parser changes have been throwing off the import process.
