[1.13]Child windows gain a status bar and command input bar

Child windows gain a status bar and command input bar after saving:

1. Completely remove CMUD by uninstalling and deleting the folder in Explorer
2. Install CMUD 1.13
3. Start CMUD
4. Click on Mud Connector List and locate Discworld Mud - click "Save session to My MUDs'
5. With 'Discworld' highlighted click 'Open session offline'
7. Drag CMUD session window to second monitor and resize to fill most of the screen.
8. Right click Session toolbar and uncheck 'Show captions'
9. Close CMUD by clicking the X at the top right corner
7. Copy Discworld.mdb (map) into the CMUD\Discworld folder
8. Start CMUD
9. With 'Discworld' highlighted click 'Open session offline' - Session starts on second monitor as expected
10. Click 'Map' icon on the session toolbar - map loads attached to the right side of the session window - highlight Map window and Click 'Layout' then unselect 'Show caption'.
11. Close CMUD by clicking the X at the top right corner
12. Start CMUD
13. With 'Discworld' highlighted click 'Open session offline' - Session starts on second monitor as expected - map opens and toolbars are as expected.
14. Type '#WIN One' to create a child window which is created above the main Discworld window.
15. Close CMUD by clicking the X at the top right corner
16. Start CMUD
17. With 'Discworld' highlighted click 'Open session offline' - Session starts on second monitor as expected - map opens and toolbars are as expected - child window is in correct position without command input toolbar or status bar.
18. Type '#WIN Status' to create a child window which is created tabbed with the previosly created window and above the main Discworld window.
19. Click on the 'Status' tab and drag the window to dock beneath the Map Window.
20. Close CMUD by clicking the X at the top right corner
21. Start CMUD
22. With 'Discworld' highlighted click 'Open session offline' - Session starts on second monitor as expected - map opens and toolbars are as expected - First child window 'One' opens in correct position but now has command input toolbar and status bar.

Going into the Package Editor and changing he properties of the child window to nolonger have a command input bar and status bar before closing and restarting CMUD has no effect - the unwanted toolbars are recreated

This is confirmed. I also want to give a special thanks to Ceres for giving a consistent manner to reproduce this bug. It's been haunting several of us since version 1.05 or somewhere around there.

A few notes: You can just open up the mapper (you don't need to already have one) and a second monitor is not required. I'm doing it on my laptop. Smile

As an addition to that, if you close the child windows, then click File--> Exit to close the mapper you get a grey space where the mapper used to be with the label "Map for Discworld."
