The mud can send pretty mutch anything, since i run it.
But lets say: Skills: Sword,Axe,Skinn
Now i like this to be a small meny.

Any suggestions?

Well i like a "button/Multistate" that says "Skills"
When i click on this i like it to list all the skills in the mud.
But since all players have diffrent skills, i only like to show the skills a player have.

Skills in the mud is showed like this: Your skills: Axe, Sword, Kick, Skinning and so on.

No no.

Lets try another one.

A button that says "Wield". Then have all the weapons that i carry in a multistate with the value "Wield %weapon".

The mud shows all players weapon like this: "A sword, a small sword, a big axe..."
