Need help with a Technical Issue

Ok, Not sure why its doing this but heres the problem
when I open up a session if I move my mouse around over the Tool bar area my Zmud screen starts to get smaller and smaller the more I move my mouse. Its very annoying and I can't seem to find anyway to make it stop
any help would be appreciated |

Using a hammer, chisel, and whatever other implements of destruction are at hand (ie, the delete button), remove WindowBlinds or whatever your chosen equivalent is. Actually, some of them have the ability to exclude certain programs from their evil ways so you may not need to get rid of the software. A pity.
