Registration Key Doesn't Work |
Just bought the registration key. I tried starting zMud with it in the clipboard and also entering it manually. It tells me that
The key you entered is no longer valid. The program's author has placed a time-limit on this type of key, which has been exceeded. Please contact the program's author about a new key.
I just bought it a few minutes ago. Help? |

I followed the instructions to obtain another registration key and got the same error message with it.

Check the date on your computer. zMUD compares the date on the computer with the date the key was generated and you get that error if it's more than 7 days. So set your date correctly, then reboot Windows to force it to save the correct date.
If you still have trouble, email support@zuggsoft.com. We can't help much with private license issues on a public forum. |

Yes it works! I am so mortified that I didn't realize the date was off on my mom's box.
Of the dozens of mud clients I've downloaded, zMud is far and away the best, fastest, and easiest to use, with the most useful functionality and customizability.
Thank you! |
