Mapping in IMMORTAL mode |
I have another post that is somewhat related to this on, but it was getting very long and I figured out that part of the issue.
While I am in immortal mode on the mud the mapper acts up. If I put myself in mortal mode the auto mapper works flawlessly.
Here is the output from the mud in MORTAL mode:
In the Middle of Heptastadion
Exits: north south
The Heptastadion bridge stretches from the mainland to the
south across the Mediterranean along a wide walkway. In the far
distance to the north, a lighthouse towers far above Pharo's
Island, it's beacon brightly lit at all times. Numerous fish,
small and large, can be seen squirming about in the water below
the dock; their bright colors stand in contrast to the dark
But when I try to get the mapper to work in IMMORTAL mode it messes up. I will only capture
the room name and exits correctly and it puts the same information in the room descrition as the room name.
I have tried quite a few things with triggers and nothing works.
Below is the same room in IMMORTAL mode. Any suggestion would be grateful.

That is about the short of it, you can do some fancy stuff with onroomenter to update other rooms. |
