I just got it, and the trials expired? |
i downloaded the trial zmud, installed it and opened it, but it said the trial is expired, and i have to license it now, why?!

Sounds like you have downloaded Zmud before, once the trial runs out, it is out, period. Even if you uninstall and download it again at a later date.

Nope, this is my first try, i downloaded the trial, installed it just fine, ran it from install, then it showed me the licensing screen. It said click the free trial button, but there wasnt one, but it said trial expired below that

Also, make sure you downloaded the latest 7.21 version from www.zuggsoft.com and didn't get an older version from somewhere else. Some older versions of zMUD had expirations in their trial.
Also check the date on your computer to make sure it is set correctly and reboot Windows to force it to save the correct date.
In any case, if it still says the trial is expired, there is nothing I can do. This isn't a common problem and there is no way for me to reset a trial remotely. You can always buy it and then use the 30-day refund to return it if you don't like it. |
