nope, wont work.
If i do manually the triggs, that wont work either.
+ seems that cmud forgets all my settings and triggs when i close it down. |

I have been able to recreate most of my triggers in CMUD thus far, can you post a copy of the trigger you're having trouble with?
Also one tip I found to save my triggers is to rename the default package and then save it. (In my case, SilverBridge.pkg). I then edited my MUD session properties to make sure that it pointed to my recently save package. (Go to edit session, click on the files tab and click browse to select the file. You should note that it doesn't show the full MUD path (at least not for me) but it will work.)
Hope that helps. |

I think he's getting at the known bug where if you exit CMUD and go back in the trigger will no longer fire. We expect this to be fixed in the 1.02 release due out shortly after Zugg returns from vacation. In the mean time the best way to work-around it is to create an alias eg 'fixmytriggers' which does all the #TRIGGER { } statements so when you hop in to CMUD you type fixmytriggers and they get recreated.

Where is the sticky topic that says Note: You have to follow these instructions to save your settings (triggs) in Cmud due the bug that erases your settings in BETA.
I havent seen such topic nor it is covered in Converting zMUD Scripts, Known Issues in CMUD, CMUD 1.01 Beta Released, How to report bugs -- IMPORTANT, Welcome to the CMUD Beta Forum or in CMUD 1.00 BETA RELEASED! so please don't call it as a "known" bug.
And that alias will not be option.
Remaking 250 triggers with one alias would crash and hung up the clinet. |

It has a very large topic all its own actually.
http://forums.zuggsoft.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=23737
Heading 101- Triggers Not Firing. With the posted work around for this problem.
Just because its not a sticky doesnt mean its not there. Search functions will do wonders.
As to the sticky known issues. This was created so zugg had an easy reference however those of us like me with the time to properly keep it up to date dont have access. I believe quite a few of the GURUs were busy during the same time that Zugg went on vacation. So i apologize it wasnt listed in an easier location. While extremely uncommon it does happen and with the release of Cmud many unexpected things happened. |
