Uninstall incomplete

When you run the Cmud uninstaller, it do not remove the cmud folder nor all of the files in the cmud folder. (I uninstalled it to move it to the zmud folder to see if it would work better with compatability.... which it doesn't.)

It removes the program files, not the user settings... I guess it needs a 'delete all preferences' option in the uninstaller.

I found that with version 1.00 at least that even when CMUD was closed, I still had a running process for it. so, when I went to uninstall it just skipped uninstalling that file.
