Lusternia Mapping help

Alright I just got zmud cause I have just got into the fever of mudding,
anyways first mod I play is Lusternia and I kinda liked it excxcept for too complex directions
so i tried to mapper
now the help files are simple and I follwed them, the first room mapped well (the one in the configuration wizard) then all kinda things started happeneding
now I tried to read other forum posts and there was all kinda complex stuff too hard for me to digest/
can anyone simply explain to me how do i start mapping.
so i can post further problems
