OK, I originally installed Zmud on my desktop. Of course I made back-ups on my USB card. Well good thing, cause my Desck TOP PS fried. Well, the puter was down for at least three weeks (just lazy I guess) so I installed on my laptop and used the backup file to bring in the settings. All went great, no prob.

Well I fixed my desktop now. First, every time I run Zmud, it says my trial version has expired and asks for the Liscense Key. Even if I enter it correct it says it's incorrect (I even requested a new copy from Zmud to make sure I had right key). Well I just clicked cancel, Zmud paused for about a minute, then it opens and I can use it fine??? If I goto enter liscense key, the info is already there. But again, if I exit Zmud then come back, I get promted for the key again.

Second part. While playing on my laptop I made several new aliases triggers and such. I kept most of them in new folders with new names. I want to bring them over to the desktop now. Some work some don't. Small files seem to work fine, but the larger ones aren't. When I paste in the command prompt the lines start with /par. THen after I hit enter, and open the classes, nothing is added that I can see?

Since my last back-up did NOT include everything, if I just import all new settings then I lose some stuff on the desk top I want. What is the best way to merge the setting from two computers with out duplicating triggers and such?

As far as merging settings, you can use the Settings/Import/Settings dialog and then select which settings to import from each of your different files.
