lost all my triggers

woke up today and all my triggers were gone.
i know they were good, but there are better things in my house for burglars to steal sheesh…
no seriously though, wondering if this is a common or semi-common thing. any chance I can get them back? don’t really want to rebuild from day 1.

Unless you have a nother copy of the .MUD file, your prolly out of luck.
At least the second time around, the code comes out more succinct. |

Your triggers shouldn't be gone. Look for a *_BAK.MUD backup file in your character subfolder within your zMUD directory. That is where zMUD stores a backup. But if your backup settings also got corrupted somehow, then shalimar is correct and you are out of luck unless you have your own backup somewhere.
You didn't mention what version of zMUD you are using, but be sure to use 7.21 since older versions have a much greater chance of corrupting your settings. |
