Keeps trying to connect

I'm trying to connect to Igormud.org 1701, but when i hit connect it just keeps looping to reconnect every 10 seconds, but never connects. I can connect via a telnet connection, but not now. I am using 5.55

I had no problem connecting with version 7.21. As stated in other threads, not many ppl use versions that early so support will be limited. It could be something with your configuration or a bug in an early version of the mud client. My suggestion is upgrade.

I have had connection issues, even with 6.xx, but now 7.20 and later has resolved the connection issues that I have had in the past, which I use to have to use "End Task" from the "Task Manager" to get zMUD to close out and then restart it cause of those connection issues, even on WinXP Home edition.
