Mapper stops mappping?

My mapper has stopped mapping new rooms. I have reconfigured and created new rooms with each new reconfiguration, but no new rooms will be created in the normal map creation mode. Any suggestions? Note that map following works. Thank you in advance for any help. I am running version 7.20a

Well map following and map creation are two different modes, so one won't affect the other. Very likely your mapper descriptions have changed and are not creating the new room. I would also review the manual configuration of the settings.

Asati, thanks for the suggestion. I went back and rechecked my mapper configuration but did not find anything there, but in the general preferences of zmud configuration, I had turned on MXP for some reason. When I disabled MXP, the mapper started working again.

I appreciate the help.

No prob... happy to help.

I'm guess that your MUD is probably using some MXP or XML tags under the covers that were causing the hiccup.
