Mapper & Pueblo does not work together? |
Hi,
zMud is find with the pueblo-extensions of ancient anguish, but the mapper does not seem to recognize the exits. is that normal? how can I fix this?
AA has the trouble that if there are many exits, (1+), it looks like that:
You are in a small smithy.
Obvious directions are:
north, south, west.
but if there is only one exit, its
You are in the [....] the smithy.
The only obvious exit is east.
How do I setup my mapper to be able to handle that? How can I use the pueblo extensions for the mapper?
thanks |

Please post this on the zMUD Discussion Forum. This forum is for the separate zMapper application which has nothing to do with MUDs. Also, Pueblo has nothing to do with mapping. The Pueblo extensions only displays HTML from the MUD. Maybe you mean the MXP extensions, and that's a very advanced topic that you can also ask about in the zMUD forum.

sorry, I thought "why does the mapper not recognize pueblo" would be a mapper issue.

It is, but ZMapper is not the same as the ZMud automapper. ZMapper, for example, cannot create rooms on the fly based on mud output (namely because you don't connect to the mud with zmapper, thus there is no data stream from which to grab room info).
