Loop problem

Here's the deal

#CLASS {Leigh's Stuff|Combat|holdbreath}
#TRIGGER {You cease holding your breath and exhale loudly.} {hold breath}
#CLASS 0

HB turns the class on
HBB turns the class off

In the game, you can hold breath, but if you do anything else, you lose it, giving the trigger line up there

Problem is...
If your holding breath, and someone forces you to hold breath, you loop like crazy...
Any help?

I've been reading everything I can... but I still can't find the answer... I'm sure it's something simple...

Anyone out there at all?

I am going to guess that the problem goes something like this...
>hold breath
You hold your breath.
>hold breath
You cease holding your breath.
You hold your breath.

If I am right then this will fix you up.
#TRIGGER {You cease holding your breath and exhale loudly.} {#IF (@Holding=0) {hold breath;Holding=1;#ALARM +2 {Holding=0}}}

This should keep the loop from happening since it will not let the hold breath be sent again for 2 seconds.
