Can't connect.

I recently reinstalled Windows on my comp two days back or so. Since then I haven't been able to connect to any MUD with Zmud. Or Telnet or any other client either for that matter.
Trillian doesn't connect either.
Anyone have any ideas to what I could to? It's starting to get quite irritating. |

windows might be blocking it through a firewall?
try disableing it. |
