Site color changes

I tweaked some of the site colors and styles today to give it a cleaner and simpler look. Feel free to post any comments on the changes.

I also added a slight delay to the menu popup along the top of the page so that you have to hover the mouse a bit before they pop up. I don't know about everyone else, but the "instant" popup that we had before was a bit annoying when just moving the mouse around the page.

It's very possible that the delay is browser specific. In the Javascript, I added a call to setTimeout in the onmouseover events. This works in Internet Explorer 6 but is not tested in any other browsers. Also, it's a subtle delay of only 300ms and only effects the popup of the main menu boxes (not the submenus)

One more tweak for your colors. I just posted a new topic and forget the header. It took me a while to see the warning, in yellow, that came up telling me a subject was required. This may be because I'm using FireFox on my laptop... but thought you should know.
