zMUD commands

My zMUD has seemed to become a bit slow now, (It's 7.05 because I don't really want to upgrade it for several reasons) if something pops up on the zMUD screen, I can't type in the command line. What I type meanwhile some text pops up, will pop up after the text has popped up. This probably is just my zMUD being slow, but is there anything I can do to make it better again? Like being able to type while some text pops up.... this makes it very hard to fight in MUDs..

Hmmm. I could guess what "several reasons" are, but I won't.
What the hell are you talking about? You have too many pops in your paragraph, and I don't understand it all. :P
