Module problem. |
Okay, so I have zMUD installed on my C drive, and the module in question installed on my E drive. So when I booted up zMUD it would do whatever it needs to do on the E drive, and that has worked fine in the past. Now I no longer have an E drive, though, so it hangs at 'Initing' status, then closes. I have all of the modules files, and have moved them over to my C drive, but I don't know how to get zMUD to look for them on the C drive instead of the nonexistant E drive. Thanks!

If you mean one of the plugins then you should click on Plugins, then Install Plugin, then you can remove the old plugin and add a new one with the correct location.

Yep, plugin is what I meant, but I can't get to where I insall/uninstall plugins because it dies at the loading splash screen.
Edit: This is so sad, I'm watching this topic like a hawk. I NEED MY MUDS! |

Make sure you have installed v7.13a, then run the uninstaller. The uninstaller will remove the plugin information from the registry. Then reinstall 7.13a and it should work again.
Or you can run RegEdit and delete the Software/Zuggsoft/zMUD registry keys...you'll see the section for plugins in there. |

Yep, just changed the path in the registry and it's working. Thank you SO much.
