To start this off, I use WindowBlinds 4.5, to customize my desktop, so that might be the problem, but wanted to post here anyways.. maybe someone else has had this problem.

My problem is, when my mouse goes anywhere near File Or any other of the top options above aliases and triggers, my zMUD window will start to flash and steadily shrink in size until it is only small enough to click the maximize button to bring it back. Was wonder what this problem might be, or how I can fix it, someone please help me resolve this!

This has been talked before, use the search future.
Windowblinds does mess up with Zmud.

Sorry, but I can only support a standard Windows installation. I can't support 3rd party software such as Windowblinds. It messes with all sorts of Windows behavior like you describe. It's really up to them to fix WindowBlinds so that it is more compatible with Windows.
