Is this a BUG? |
In the help file of zMUD 7.05,I found the words as follow:
zMUD is designed to work with international keyboards, and non-English language MUDs.
So I have downloaded one to try to play a Chinese language MUD.In trying, after I put a Chinese word into a variable,I used the command #SHOW to show the value of the variable. The word in the variable was changed. Then I have tried many times with different word every time,NOT all the words which I tried were changed. Why?And how can I solve this? |

Some languages use a UNICODE system. This involves have 2 bytes for some characters. Those are not truly supported. The multiple language support is a broad statement. Mostly it reflects to the customizabilty of the default English settings to support other languages that use the same or similar alphabets. Becuase the alphabets are so different for many oriental languages support for them will never be 100%.
