Transfering Settings/scripts/buttons/aliases etc..

I mud from two different machines, one at work and one at home. I work on my aliases and scripts all the time on both machines. I've been trasfering files by using the export all/import script(ASCII) commands in the settings menu.

Occasionaly i end up with multiple buttons of the same type and name and also multiple variables, is there a correct or easier way to do this easily?

You're doing it the correct way. An easier method (but which might cause problems since it's not the correct way to do this) is to simply move the .mud file between computers. The settings are unaffected so they aren't going to suddenly duplicate or go missing, but things like window properties and preferences that are stored in these files might get quirky as they tend to be more closely tied to the computer.

Of course, whatever problems with this that I may have had have all been covered up by existing ZMud bugs so the effect is fairly negligible.
