Error code 501??

*cries* this is my first time with zMUD and I can't even get it registered! It keeps telling me about this error code = 501. My registration information was sent to me, so I figured it should work. What should I do?

501This error means that the Order ID you have entered does not match any of the order records for the product in the eLicense database. Re-check your Order ID, probably you have mis-entered it.

Make sure your not missing some letters/numbers etc

You need to email Chiara (sales@zuggsoft.com?) or maybe elicense directly.

Ok, I've contacted support@zuggsoft.com, sales@zuggsoft.com, and the eLisence people, and none of them have replied. I contacted all several days ago. I understand that they may be busy, but I put $30 into a program that isn't even completely accessible yet! Any other suggestions?

If you are absolutely sure you did not mistype your registration info, then your solution HAS to come from one of those three. However, if you manually typed in your code maybe you mistook a zero for a capital O or vice versa (they only use one or the other, but I forget which). Try copy/pasting your code instead of typing it in.
