error 1067

I upgraded my zmud version this morning and suddenly it would not open, so I checked the forums, and then check my services and sure enough LicCtrl was nor running I tried to start it and got the 1067 error. I sent an email to eLicense but have nt heard back from them, anyone have a link to the uninstall so I can remove elicense and then try and reinstall it by running the zmud install again?

No one answered :( I still have not heard back on the support email I sent out, I did find the uninstaller and ran that before I reinstalled zmud but the service is still not auto starting and I can not start it myself. Help please, how can I reinstall elicence or replace the corrupted files.

Email elicense again and copy support@zuggsoft.com with your message. eLicense is usually pretty good at responding, so they may have lost your email or somehow you might not have gotten their reply. Make sure you are not using any blocking or spam filtering that might be preventing their email from getting back to you.
Unfortunately elicense is the only ones who know what this error code means. Not even I can help with that I'm afraid. |
