valuation in If fuction is not working

this:

#IF (%1!="@LastScreemer") {
party report Screems like french schoolgirl
#VA (LastScreemer) {%1} {%1} {GeneralCaster}
} {#VA (LastScreemer) {%1} {%1} {GeneralCaster}}
#SUB {%1 screams in pain. (about zero resitance)}
Should result that it reports only at the after first time resiving the screeming input but it does the opposite.
Ideas?

Try taking the double quotes off of the "@LastScreemer".
Also, since you are declaring the variable for either case of the if statement you can remove it from the statement and place it after the if is completed:
Code:

#IF ("%1"!=@LastScreemer) {party report Screems like french schoolgirl}
#VA (LastScreemer) {%1} {%1} {GeneralCaster}
#SUB {%1 screams in pain. (about zero resitance)}
