Importing 3.62a chars to zmud 7?

I have a large amount of chars in zmud 3.62a that I'd like to import into v7.
I remember being able to do this with v6, but I've forgotten how I did it. How do I import 3.62a's char files into the latest zmud? |

try using the import wizard in the ZMUD folder on your computer that should do the trick. if not try exporting your character out and the into the new one but you will have to set some stuff up manually that way.
