Speedwalking in windows xp |
I'm having issues where speedwalking is not working since I have installed it on my WinXP machine. It makes the first step, then nothing.
Any suggestions? |

Have you (re)configured your map so that it captures all the room info correctly? Speedwalking works perfectly on my XP machine as on countless others so it's either corrupted settings or something you have forgotten.

I'm not even using it with a map, so I don't know what could be happening. It might be general settings...

If it takes a step at a time, that would be Slow Walk.
Since you are not using the mapper, you only need a trigger to detect each move that was made. This trigger has to execute an #OK command to confirm each Slow Walk movement to let it continue walking. Trigger it on something that confirms you entered a room.

Or he could just set his setting to fast walk.

Well, I think I have narrowed it down. The speedwalks will work if I turn on the CR, but the lists of items in a room don't parse correctly. I need an option that has them both active, or something like it....
