Can not get AC to load |
I click on the ac explorer and get the hour glass for a few seconds, but that is it. I have version 3.22 I think. I have been registered for several years. I recently upgraded my XP to the sp2 package, so that may be some of the problem.

Go to your Control Panel, then select Administrative Tools, then run your Services control panel. Scroll down and find the LicCtl service and make sure it is enabled and running. This service is needed to run AC Explorer (and other Zugg Software products).
