error "password is not for this machine 21"

my friend is having a problem with her zmud. thats the error message she gets when she tries to open it. she was using it a few days ago and she cant seem to use it anymore (its on her laptop) at her famiy's house.

Your friend needs to unlicense then relicense her version of zMud.
(Not sure if an uninstall is required) |
