zchat how do i install it and use it?

okies i went to your site with the information about zchat and it had a link,,,

That was the above link on it... I clicked on it and it took me to a page that was no longer around... I was wanting to install zchat and use it but i dont know how and where to get this PGP 2.62 thing.... if someone could help me and tell me i'd be very happy. thanks |

You don't need PGP to run zChat. That is only needed if you want to have encrypted chat. zChat is an old program and was developed before OpenPGP was available, so you'll have to search the net to find the PGP 2.62 version that is used by zChat.
To install zChat as a zMUD plugin, run zMUD, then go to the Plugins menu and select Install. Click the Add button and then locate the ZCHATAPI.DLL file in your zMUD directory. Select that file and add it as a zMUD plugin.
After that, just read the help file for zChat for more info. |
