Accent script help

I'm trying to make a script that would take what I type and parse
it into accent ie I type say hello, the mud get say 'ello
I'd like to do this with about 50 or so words, is that possible?

Sure; search the forum for lisp, language, dwarven, and anything else you might think of as a way to mangle English. Quite a lot of them have been worked out here in the past.
