HELP! My character won't connect, and my settings won't save

I wanted to export my settings for a friend. Forgetting at the time how to do this, I copied the character file, "Delphinus on Achaea, Dreams of Divine Lands." I renamed the copy "Niko on Achaea, Dreams of Divine Lands." Upon opening my friend's file (Niko) I realized that the settings were shared and exactly the same, so I deleted the one I'd just created. I then tried to open my character file. It did not connect to the MUD, and the settings did not load. I can still upload the settings manually. However, it still does not connect to the MUD and it does not save the settings to that character.
I've checked the character file, and everything is still pointing to the right files. It just won't connect, and won't load the settings at startup. I don't know what to do. HELP!  |
