problem with pattern matching. identical triggers
 
i copy and pasted a trigger that was working into my base mud file. [img/>
its annoying the heck outta me. identical triggers except once gives me a pattern mismatch. the other works fine.Sad

I can't see your pictures. Your links don't work for me. It would be much better to just copy the triggers here, using WORDS. That way, people can use cut-and-paste if they need to check the triggers in zMUD.

they are identical. i copy and pasted the whole trigger in my character specfic setting file into my inherited setting file.

its #TR {DISARMS you!}{rearm}. thats it.except it refuses to work in the inherited file but works in the original one. rearm is just my alias to get my weapon, wear it and save. its inside the inherited file but that shouldnt make a difference. it keeps on saying pattern does not match. thats it.

You left out a space. Spaces matter.
#TR {DISARMS you!} {rearm}
