#unnodir ???

HI,
I made a mistake and added a #nodir and now I need to remove it. I'm using 7.04, and need to figure out how to remove it so I can continue mapping rooms.

Also,
Without starting a new thread, I figured I might as well toss this out too.

I added a #gag {*< Your accomplishments have been recorded in the Tome of Knowledge. >*}

which didn't work... so I added
#gag {~*~< Your accomplishments have been recorded in the Tome of Knowledge. ~>~*}, which also didn't work.

How can i see my #gag's and remove the ones that aren't working properly??

Thanks,

Reavor

#TR {~*< Your accomplishments have been recorded in the Tome of Knowledge. ~>~*} {#GAG}

'<' does not need the tilde to be parsed only '>' with the default settings

Thanks,
I guess I totally did it incorrectly.

Can you answer my #nodir question?

#GAG {pattern} doesn't seem to work with this pattern. Use the standard trigger command instead.

#TR {~*~< Your accomplishments have been recorded in the Tome of Knowledge. ~>~*} {#GAG}

Even if shalimar is right about <, it won't cause any problems to use a tilde in front of it. However, if shalimar is wrong it will cause problems to leave out the tilde. Since < is, after all, an opening delimiter symbol, it seems quite likely to cause parsing difficulties without the tilde, and I'd recommend using it.

I have no idea what your #NODIR question is about. #NODIR doesn't create a setting, it takes an immediate action. There's nothing to remove. However, if you've made a trigger to send #NODIR then this trigger might be causing problems. Use the Settings Editor to track it down and alter or remove it.
