Zmud Licence Problem!?

A pop-up window appears once I click on the Zmud.Exe Icon. It Reads

Sorry, Could not get a licence at this time. |
Please try running the program later. |

This happens every time Ive tried, for the last few weeks, Ive tried to uninstall my licence and the same message appears, Ive unistalled and then reinstalled and that still appears. I checked the Elicence folder in Control Panel and the folders empty. Whats going on and how can I sort this out?
