OK I sorta fixed it |
I tried various settings in zMud without success..and I'm not using the ^ character. But heres a trig that DID fix it...for some reason (this has to be a parsing issue but I'm at a complete loss as to what's wrong) this trig ONLY activates with odd symbols before my prompt so it compliments the original trig.
#trigger (%*) (#highlight)
Go figger.
I thought "well I'll just make a trig to highlight EVERYTHING regardless of what comes across the screen" and came up with this.
It doesn't do what I expected, but ironically it fixes the original problem. Then I noticed that I used () not {}...when I changed to the correct brackets for a trig..it highlights everything on screen as expected.
Don't rack your brains over it, but I thought it might be interesting to note. If there are any puzzle addicts out there, roll this one around in your noodle for a while. Just a while, don't dwell on it-you'll end up with a headache.
Baffledly, Coldcut
oh ya I have updated my script now that I have a fix |
