I had to Format do to unsence probleams. Was not able to save my license info. I have emailed u 2 times no reply back. Dont really remember what credit card I used, but I have purchased AC explorer 2 times. Should of been under the email addy of kelly_m_peterson@hotmail.com. What can I do to get my license info plz

You need to be patient and wait for us to answer your email. We were gone for 3 days this weekend and have a huge backlog of email to respond to. We will answer you as soon as we can.
