Does the Licence Expiration affect Plug-in? |
It has been several days since I used zMapper.
Yesterday I noticed that my version of zMud no longer had the zMapper features or listed zMapper as a plug-in.
Today I tried to open zMapper to see if I could figure out what was going on.
zMapper is telling me my licence has expired. It keeps telling me I am not connected to the internet and could not connect to the licence servers to install the licence. Obviously I am connected to the internet or I could not be posting this.
Any suggestions how to proceed?
Thanks! |

Sorry to follow up on myself.
I tried to go to elicense's website and it cannot connect to server. Looks like the problem is at their end.
Meanwhile, I can't use zMapper and have lost its related features in zMud.
*sigh* |

zMapper only preforms its plug-in functions in zMud while it is in a trial or licensed state.
Zugg stated that e-license is currently moving thier hosting system, and is down during the time it takes to make that upgrade. |

See the post in the zMUD Forum on the status of the eLicense server. And yes, for the plugin to work, zMapper has to be licensed. If the zMapper license expires, then the plugin is disabled in zMUD. Sorry you were hit with this during the day that eLicense moved their servers. Hopefully they will be back up soon.
