Okay not sure how to ask all of this so here goes:
I have a file named Test.
What I want to be able to do is to read lines from the file and assign it to a variable.
For instance can I do this ?
#file 1 test.txt
testvar=%read(1,10)
Okay say this is possible then next thing i need to know is where do i need to put the test.txt file ? in the zMud folder ?
And if i can not do this....can it be done ? |

Yes, it's possible. Yes, you have to put the file in the zMUD folder. It might be possible to put it inside another folder in the zMUD folder, but not outside of it.
