Help! I've fallen and broke my Zmud!

I've made a boo-boo.

I have broken my compass in the upper right hand corner of Zmud that shows the obvious exits out of your current room. I did it yesterday on my laptop while I was at work but was I satisfied with that? OH NO! I had to come home and do the same thing to my desktop. Of course you can't help but learn things when you are constantly breaking software programs and learn I did. I LEARNED HOW TO BREAK ZMUD'S COMPASS! All you have to do is delete a trigger call "j" or "i" (not really sure what it was called)

Does anyone know how to restore or create that TRIGGER again?

I think the trigger should be like:
#TRIGGER {j} {ShowExits {%2}} "" {gsl}
