Sound volume very very low

I'm trying to have some sounds for a few triggers but every time I use #play the volume is barely noticeable. All of my volume levels are at their highest possible. I messed around with a few different settings in the sounds area but nothing seemed to help. Im using version 6.61. Thanks.

Strange. Sorry if I'm making you repeat yourself, but is the Wave volume (not the Master Volume), all the way up too?

Yes, every volume in the play control window is up to max.

I don't know what else to suggest. I've sometimes noticed that zMUD sounds are a bit softer when some other programs are running, but aside from that, the #PLAY command should not affect volume in any way.
