Settings Editor pane pushed from view

This is a bit odd, but it's preventing me from using the Settings Editor. In the Editor, the lower pane, where you edit settings items, is inaccesible. The horizontal slider bar is pushed all the way to the bottom of the window, and though I get the mouseover slider icon (with the two arrows, pointing up and down, and the two lines between them), clicking and dragging does nothing. Any ideas?

Delete setting.dok file.
