button question
 
ok i created a button
i want that it wount be useable(text is grey and if i press it wont do anything) until a trigger enables it
is it possible?

Yes there are two ways that I know of read the help files for
off and on that might help
the you counld set up up the button with a @var like this @doit;#var doit ""
the "" is to clear out the @var so the next time you hit the button it will do nothing again
the trigger would look something like this:
#trigger {something happens} {#var doit do something}

this combanation is just one way I am sure if you get creative you will find others.

TonDiening's method is the best currently. In the next public version there will be a button enable function that will do exactly what you want. If you are brave the function already exists in the current beta version.

hmm ok i will use ton's solution
i am don't trust betas, hei i even don't trust fresh public releases of software
when will be the new public version of zmud be avalable?
