Problem

When trying to launch ZMud under Windows XP nothing happens. I click the program icon, or the actual exe in the ZMud directory, and nothing happens. The cursor changes to an hourglass symbol for a split second, like it's going to load and then nothing. I have tried restarting, and uninstalling then re-installing ZMud, but nothing seems to work. Anyone know how to solve this?

Make sure that the LicCtrl service is running and not set to disabled (right-click My Computer, select manage, expand Services and Applications, select Services, and look for LicCtrl).
