Lost license

My brother bought zmud for me a year or two ago, so i have a license for it, the only problem is that I lost the license and have no paperwork or anything w/ it written down. Is there anyone I can contact to get it?

You can email support@zuggsoft.com about it. You will need to provide as many details as possible; such as purchaser name, email address of purchase, purchase date, purchase method (check, charge, etc). The more data you can supply the better the response. Obviously if your sending the email from the same one as the one of record, then it is pretty much proof enough that you are the owner of that license.
Regrettably you won't get a reply till next week, because Zugg and Chiara are on vacation. |
